CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 1:1 Session

There is a 24-hour cancellations policy - if you cannot attend your session or scheduled time, please contact me on info@unboundflow.com.au or call 0412 833 657. You must contact me at minimum 24 hours before your appointment or session time to be eligible for a refund.  

Late Cancellation:

  • If cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time - 50% of the amount is debited.

  • if cancelled within 5 hours of appointment time - 100% of the amount is debited.

No Show:

  • If you don’t cancel at all and don’t let me know that you will not be able to make it - 100% of the amount is debited.

Exceptions: In case of a medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, contact me immediately for options.

Private Group Session

Deposit of minimum rate to be made upon confirmation, with any fees remaining due within 7-days of session date. Deposits once paid are non-refundable.

Events and Workshops

Cancellation by Unbound Flow

If Unbound Flow needs to cancel or reschedule an event/workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and offered a reschedule or refund. If tickets were booked on third-party booking providers, any ticket fees are non-refundable.  

Cancellation by Client

If you are not able to attend anymore and would like to cancel, please do so within seven (7) days of the event. You will receive a one-time credit that can be redeemed within six (6) months of the event date.

Transfer of tickets

Tickets are transferable upon 72 hours prior to the event date. Please email info@unboundflow.com.au the details of the new ticket holder including full name and email address, copying the new ticket holder into the email, the event date and venue. The new ticket holder will need to provide me with any registration form, details, and waiver prior to being accepted.
