Sessions can include breathwork, sound healing, heat & cold exposure, cacao ceremony, dance and movement.

I’m a breathwork facilitator, sound enthusiast, nature lover, and passionate surfer. I know how it feels when stress takes over, and you lose touch with what really matters - your connection to yourself. My own healing journey has taught me to navigate life’s ups and downs, finding tools to move through challenges with more ease and flow. After years of feeling disconnected from my body and emotions, breathwork had a significant impact on my life, allowing me to regain balance, embrace vulnerability, and truly listen to my body’s wisdom.
Unbound Flow was born from this transformation and my desire to share what I’ve learned with others. It’s not just about managing stress or improving performance - it’s about reclaiming your connection to your body and mind, rediscovering the joy of being present, and unlocking your true potential. Your body knows what your mind might struggle to accept, and understanding that connection is key to making real changes.
