Hi, I’m Sandra
I'm a breathwork facilitator, sound enthusiast, nature and ocean lover, and passionate surfer. Through my own healing journey, I've learned to navigate life's ups and downs, discovering tools to ride the waves with more ease and be more in flow.
Let me tell you a little bit about my journey.
Growing up, I faced constant body comparison, shaming and insecurities, leading to a disconnection from my body and emotions at a young age which made me unaware of and unable to listen to my body’s messages. My focus on appearance for acceptance was hiding my feeling of unworthiness and vulnerabilities. I had difficulties regulating the reactions to my emotions, being very reactive especially under stress, and spending most of the time in my head. As I was disconnected from myself, I was also struggling to build meaningful connections with others. I couldn’t see the role I was playing in my own suffering, remaining stuck in the victim mentality for years.
In early 2021, overwhelmed by years of unmet needs and emotions, my body signalled a need for change. I listened. While therapy provided insights, it was breathwork that transformed me. My first breathwork session released a lot of stored emotions and brought a sense of lightness. I was intrigued and dived deeper into the world of breathwork through workshops, retreats and eventually my instructor training. I confronted feelings of inadequacy and fear, learning to trust the process and embrace vulnerability. This journey not only deepened my self-awareness but also allowed me to connect more meaningfully with others.
Breathwork has been key in restoring my mind-body connection, being more attuned to my body's needs, better at handling stress, and prioritising self-care over constant productivity. It also opened my eyes to other somatic practices. My personal transformation has led me to where I am today.

Why Unbound Flow
In today's fast-paced world, staying connected can be a challenge sometimes. It's all too easy to lose touch with yourself amid daily demands and responsibilities, disconnecting from your breath and body. Having navigated this journey myself, I understand the importance of reclaiming this connection.
Unbound Flow was born from my personal transformation and my desire to share my knowledge and guidance with others. It goes beyond stress management and performance enhancement—it's about empowerment, reclaiming ownership of the body and mind, rediscovering the joy of being present, and unlocking true potential. Your body intuitively knows what your mind may struggle to accept. Developing physical awareness and understanding how your body interacts with the world around you, is essential for change.
Through breathwork and other somatic practices, I offer support in bridging the gap between mind and body. These practices establish a foundation of internal safety and empowerment, allowing you to shift the focus from the busy mind to the wisdom of your body. Benefits may include increased mindfulness, deepened self-awareness, release of past emotional and physical wounds, expanded consciousness, improved mental and physical performance, and increased resilience.

PERSONAL GROWTH
For several years, I have been on a journey of personal growth and self-development. By learning about my own triggers, traumas, and attachment style, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of my internal landscape and how I show up in the world. This awareness also helps me understand how others operate, allowing me to approach them with compassion and empathy. I truly believe that we can only go as deep with someone as we have met ourselves, which is why I’m committed to my own healing journey.
BREATHWORK
Breathwork has become one of my main anchors in my daily practice ever since I discovered it. As a Breathless Master Breathwork Instructor and Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breathwork Instructor, I’m excited to share the powerful practices that have transformed my life. As a passionate surfer and Apnea Survival Instructor, I’ve learned the importance of relaxing into discomfort, especially when held underwater. Staying calm in those moments can make all the difference & can be life-saving in big swells.
COLD WATER IMMERSION
Being cold is never comfortable. In fact, I used to avoid the cold as much as possible—one of the main reasons I moved from Germany to Australia. However, over the years, I’ve learned to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. It’s all about pushing through that initial resistance, and your breath plays a key role in that process. As Apnea Survival Cold Water Immersion Facilitator, I can prepare and safely guide you through the entire experience. You’ll feel amazing afterward—trust me!
SOUND HEALING
Music has always been a significant part of my life. Although I lost my confidence to sing in high school, I have rediscovered my love for singing and experimenting with instruments in the last few years. I enjoy crafting soundscape sessions with music and different instruments including Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum, Wind Chimes, Gong and more. These are also integral part of my transformational breathwork journeys, helping to release stress, deepen relaxation, and facilitate emotional release.
