I believe that anything worth pursuing takes effort—and breathwork is no exception. Breathwork isn’t complicated; the techniques are straightforward. But it can feel challenging, especially if you’re new to it. Even if you’ve done it before, you might face resistance and that’s okay. It’s part of the process. The key is to give it an honest try because the effects of your own breath can be truly profound. My goal is to make breathwork accessible to everyone, helping even the most hesitant embrace its benefits.

I’ve struggled with the effects of stress since high school—breathlessness, gasping for air, racing thoughts, sleepless nights. Fast forward to my career in the renewable energy sector, and the pressure to make a difference and drive change only intensified those challenges. The transition from fossil fuels to renewables often meets resistance, requiring resilience, empathy, and compassion—not just for others but also for ourselves. At times, I didn’t handle it well. I’d react instead of respond, snapping at colleagues and ignoring my body’s signals to slow down. I was so focused on pushing forward that I didn’t realise how much I needed to pause and reset. Eventually, I hit a wall. A mix of personal patterns, work stress, and the pressure to prove myself worthy to build my life in Australia all led to the need for change.

The truth is, we all need some stress to grow and achieve, but how we handle it makes all the difference. Breathwork has been transformative for me—helping me tune into my body, pause when I’m agitated, and respond with clarity. This has improved my relationships at work and beyond, and it helps me feel more grounded even in high-stress situations.

Having navigated the pressures of a demanding corporate career, I know firsthand how powerful breathwork can be. I combine my personal experience with practical tools to create sessions that are relatable, impactful, and tailored to the realities of today’s workplace.   • Online: Your employees will only need a device with Zoom access. Ideally, they should find a quiet space where they won’t be disturbed, allowing them to be fully present for the session.

    In-person: room large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably is all we need. Depending on the type of breathwork session, participants can be seated or lying down. We’ll make it work, but it’s something to keep in mind when booking.
