1:1 Session
1:1 sessions offer a deeply personal and transformative experience, tailored to your unique needs and goals. They provide the opportunity to explore emotional, mental, and physical patterns without distractions, with my full attention and guidance. In a safe and private environment, you can freely process and express emotions while learning tools to integrate breathwork into your daily life. Whether you’re addressing specific challenges like stress or simply deepening your connection to yourself, a 1:1 session is a powerful space for growth and transformation.

Breath retraining: This builds the foundation of any breathing practice that follows. The goal of restoring your natural flow is to breathe light, low, and slow. Functional breathing should feel effortlessly and silent, in and out through the nose with almost invisible movement from the diaphragm.
It’s a step-by-step process to identify and replace unhelpful breathing habits with healthier, more functional patterns. Group Session
Group sessions offer a powerful way to connect with others and release what no longer serves within a supportive environment, creating a safe space to heal, process, and let go.
Breathwork is definitely the main focus, but there are plenty of other modalities we can weave into your session to create an amazing experience for your group. We’ll work together to design something that feels just right for your needs.
